25 min glimpse sessions usually online via zoom/ whatsapp. I offer sets of 3 as a support package. Check in with me on a weekly basis to stay on track, build resilience and achieve your goals.

Unconsciously children remain loyal to unspoken family traditions that work invisibly. Family Constellations are a way of discovering underlying family bonds and forces that have been carried unconsciously over several generations.

I am passionate about psychological maps that help us orient in the terrain we find ourselves in and provide a framework for healthy movement going forward.

My primary offering is coaching in sets of 3 one hour sessions in a weekly rhythm. Its a little bit like a story with a beginning, middle and end.

I also recognize that people earn differently and work on donation basis where requested.
