Some are barely spoken about. Some are remembered differently by different people. And some seem to live in us even when we don’t know where they came from. \nIn this series\, we’ll use writing\, parts work\, family constellations and conversation to explore the stories that have shaped us. \nWe’ll look at the stories we inherited\, the stories we have made our own\, and the ways we may still be carrying parts of them — sometimes in unresolved or disorganised ways. \nWhat happens when we bring these stories into the light? \nCan writing give us enough distance to see them differently? \nAnd might there be stories we want to intentionally carry forward as sources of strength\, stories that simply need to be witnessed\, and others that we might find new ways of telling? \nAs we go\, we’ll explore:\nThe Stories We InheritFamily stories\, characters\, places\, departures\, arrivals\, belonging and the things we were told about where we came from. \nThe Stories We CarryHow old stories might live in our present lives\, our relationships and our parts\, sometimes without us fully knowing why. \nFinding New MeaningWhat becomes possible when we bring the story into the light?
