I had to face one of the hardest things in my life during this course, being told I need to embrace the good qualities of my father whom I have rejected with every ounce of my being. I am here today because of him, I hold onto that thought and everyday if gets easier. If I reject him, I reject me and that goes against the core of the healing journey which is self love. Unblocking the flows of love opens up a space where I can learn to love myself from the inside out to over flow into those who surround me. Now I have the deep rooted foundation to continue my healing journey thanks to Ryan!
